An even unholier army than usual

At first glance, this is your usual horrendous clown gang. Two are doing interpretive dances, one is clearly trying to eat my soul, three are garden-variety, but then there's the one in the bottom right corner. Correct me if I'm wrong, but...



...is that a clown in blackface? I guess it could just be a black clown, but the white skin around the eyes seems to suggest otherwise. What the hell?
