All I know about this is that I have it saved, for some reason, as "quebec.jpg," so we can perhaps assume that this is from Quebec. Beyond that, I don't know, and I'm not sure I want to know.

Jesus Christ. Did Stephen King see something like this at age four that burrowed into his brain and was eventually birthed as Pennywise the Clown in IT? This is the mother lode of CLOWNHATRED!
It appears to have tentacles. Because they had to find a way to make a clown MORE sinister, I guess.
