Whoa. Not cool. The parents of this kid should be dragged out into the street and assaulted by a line of people dressed like Binky "HEYYYY kids" the Clown.
BINKY! I'd forgotten all about him. I loved Garfield and Friends, but my god, his shrill voice set me on edge.
